AQUA AEROBICS

Aqua Aerobics is suited to all fitness levels and aims to give a low impact workout combining cardio fitness, muscle conditioning and overall strength.  A good all-around workout that will have you splashing your way to a healthier you. 

€6 pay as you go for morning classes (Mon, Wed, Fri)

Evening classes block book only €36.00 (Mon, Thur)
